Tom was born and raised in Spokane, WA, where professed faith in Christ at an early age. During his college years, Tom learned the importance of the local church in the life of the Christian. He attended Oikos Fellowship in Bellingham, WA for seven years before moving to Minneapolis, MN to attend Bethlehem College and Seminary.

Tom received his BA in Political Science and History in 2010 from Western Washington University. After graduation, he worked in the sales industry for 6 years while serving as a non-vocational elder for three of those years. Tom married his bride Emily in 2010, and they have two lovely daughters at home—Magdalene and Eden. 

Tom has been called and affirmed to church plant in the White Bear Lake area. He currently is pastor at Emmaus Church, one of our daughter churches.
