Chuck was born into a Christian home and accepted Christ at the age of eight. Drawn to music from an early age, he graduated from Wheaton College in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and Voice, later pursuing a Master’s in Choral Conducting from St. Cloud State.
In 1984, God led Chuck to Monticello, Minnesota, where he served as the Minister of Music and Christian Education at Riverside Alliance (formerly Monticello Alliance). In 1990, God again led him, this time to Prairie Bible Institute in Canada, where he taught, chaired the music department, and served as the Associate Dean.
Chuck was then called to Bethlehem in 1996 and currently serves as the Pastor for Worship & Ministry Development.
Chuck and his wife, Carol, were married in 1982 and have been serving alongside one another in musical ministry ever since. They have four children: Daniel, Allison, Kiandra, and Alexander, who is now with the Lord.
