Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.—Ephesians 4:15
We’re all familiar with the confusion and pain that comes from living in a broken world. Whether we struggle with depression, anger, anxiety, or something else, we all need help at times. So where can we turn when we’re feeling empty and stuck?
According to Scripture, we can look to each other. After all, that’s how God designed the church to work. God wants us to develop meaningful relationships where we share our struggles and seek to lovingly counsel one another from his word.
In an effort to equip our church in this area, the North Campus hosted five Counseling One Another seminars in 2019–2021. Each seminar was led by Pastor Brian Liechty and was recorded on video. The video recording and session notes are available to purchase for $10/seminar. You can purchase seminar content here. If you have questions, contact Rebekah Hemken (612-455-0800 x808), Administrative Assistant for Counseling, North.

Addressing Mental Health Challenges

Ministering to Sexual Brokenness
Saturday, November 13, 2021
What does the Bible say about sexuality and gender? Is there hope for those struggling with pornography or other sexual addictions? How do we minister to our brothers or sisters in Christ who wrestle with same sex attraction? With this seminar, we look to God’s word and the riches of the gospel to minister to sexual brokenness in our own lives and the lives of others. Joining Pastor Brian is special guest Pastor Nick Roen.
