North Women’s Summer Bible Study
He Hears Me: Prayers of the Bible
Women, join us for this study by North Campus women! Throughout the Bible we find powerful prayers and songs of praise, and not just in the Psalms. Men and women pour their hearts out to God—their sin, brokenness, fear, and longing, and also fervent hope, trust, gratitude, praise, and joy in their sovereign Lord. This summer, we’ll take a few of these wonderful prayers and study them in depth.

All are invited to gather together to worship and pray, confidently drawing near to the throne of grace, that we might receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). During the first hour, we spend most of the time worshiping the Lord in song. During the second hour, we minister to one another through prayer in grace and love. As we receive grace and equipping from the Lord, we go out to make his Name known and minister his grace and love to others. Contact: David Fuller

For those who are interested in Worldview Academy but cannot or are hesitant to attend a week-long residential camp, a Worldview Institute would be a perfect way for them to participate. Worldview Academy is a non-denominational organization dedicated to helping Christians to think and to live in accord with a biblical worldview so that they will serve Christ and lead the culture. Learn more and register at worldview.org.

Serve

Nursery Caregivers

  • Sundays | With the lifting of registration and social distancing for worship services, we anticipate a higher attendance in our nurseries on Sundays. Additional caregivers will be needed to help serve the families with young children who come to worship.
  • Wednesday Mornings | Nursery caregivers serve during Women's Summer Bible study so that young moms can attend and take part in studying God's word.

Would you consider joining our team? Volunteers serve on a monthly basis (or more frequently, depending on availability). For details, contact Carmen Tomaszewski.
